All Sales Are Final:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on international purchases. All sales are final.
Exceptional Circumstances:
In rare and exceptional cases, refunds, exchanges, or store credits may be offered at our discretion and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please:
Notify us within 3 days of delivery,
Submit clear photographic evidence of the damage via WhatsApp message or phone call.
Claims made after 3 days may not be eligible for resolution.
If the damage is due to courier mishandling, we will assist with filing a courier claim and guide you through the repair process, if applicable.
If the item is irreparably damaged, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive an incorrect product, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Return shipping charges for the incorrect item will be covered by us.
Gift Returns:
Refunds are not available for gift items. With valid proof of purchase, we can offer a store credit or exchange for another product of equal or greater value.
Customized Jewellery Policy
All customized jewellery pieces are specially made as per the customer’s selected design, size, color, and specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized jewellery is non-refundable and non-returnable.
In rare cases where a manufacturing defect or damage during transit is identified, the customer must notify us within the specified time period along with clear photographic proof via WhatsApp message or call.
If the issue is verified and found to be on our end, we will offer a repair, replacement, or exchange, as deemed appropriate.
Minor variations in design, color, finish, or stone setting may occur due to the handcrafted nature of customized jewellery and shall not be considered defects.
